Yahoo Modernize Its Search Results Page



               
           Today yahoo officially released the newly designed search results page in US. Yahoo renovated the search results pages closely like Google’s navigation bar. Yahoo’s Senior Vice President of Search Products Laurie Mann says “When it comes to search, nothing should stand between you and your results, that’s why we’ve placed search results higher on the page. And thanks to some under-the-hood performance improvements, many of you will notice that the page also loads faster”. This new design of yahoo’s SERP will be familiar for user with its navigation bar and also easy to search other yahoo sites.

            He also added “If you’re thinking that the new Yahoo! search results page looks familiar, there’s a good reason why, because the design is consistent with our new Yahoo! Homepage”. This new design of yahoo’s SERP will be familiar for user with its navigation bar and also easy to view the exact results.


                Yahoo leaves a hint that these changes are will be continue, but it will be announce later. Yahoo currently launched its new design in US and also got good response but it’s not sure that it will get the same response in its UK website.
